At Charms, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Log into your Charms account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a return authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
